We are satisfied with the service of this broker. Although we ourselves had put the price of our house slightly higher than we were advised, our house was sold quickly and for a good price. We were kept informed of the progress. We definitely recommend Esther.

Allard van van Benthum Makelaars does not honor his agreements and commits an unlawful act as a broker. After all, an information obligation also applies to real estate agents, but this man simply ignores this. I wonder if this man is a recognized NVM broker or a smooth talker and money earner for Esther. If you want to buy a house from this real estate agent, I would think twice or take home ownership and take out an ARAG or DAS insurance policy. That big house in the center should of course also be funded anyway Allard ????

Super satisfied with this broker. Recently sold our house within two days for a very good and fair price. Allard is a pleasant person in communication and is a man of his word. You do not feel that you are one of many customers but there is a good, casual and personal contact. Nothing but praise, highly recommended !!
