I strongly advise against working with this broker. If you want to have the highest possible price for your home in the current market, then you definitely should not be with this broker. The broker in question sells a home while several bidders are willing to pay a higher amount. Also, failure to comply with an oral agreement with this broker is the rule rather than the exception. All in all experienced as very negative and unprofessional.
