We have been a customer of Bles and van der Does since 2011 and we are fully satisfied with this. In 2011 they helped us with our first mortgage and they also arranged the mortgage for us in 2020. We experience the knowledge, the quick switching, but especially the personal contact with Evert Jan, Karen and Marco as very pleasant. In 2020 we bought a new home and Bles en Van der Does helped us as a purchase broker and also as a sales broker for our own home. Marco is a real connoisseur and with his enthusiasm we sold our own home very quickly! We are very satisfied with Bles and van der Does and can recommend their services to everyone!

Financial Advisor? Yes for their own wallet! Cheap is expensive at this office! Due to an incorrect calculation by Mr Adviser, we first received an unexpected bill from the notary, we still had to pay 700 euros extra just before the transfer of our new home, costs that we had not taken into account (an error in the calculation of Mr. Advisor). After that we received another bill six months later, i.v.m. extra appraisal costs, forwarded (due to an error on their part, it was left out). Whether we still want to pay this. No excuse, nothing at all! Yes, I should have checked the statement with the notary. I did not do so because I assumed that they did so for me for the amount that they charge for their advice. In addition, we felt compelled to purchase a subscription. Of course, we immediately stopped this after the incident concerning the unexpected extra invoice. But they continue to write off the subscription costs. How can you call yourself a financial advisor if you have poor administration? If only we had just gone to the Hypotheker, or the like, would have saved us a lot in costs. Because this office delivers far below par!
