Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Clean offices. Not getting the fifth star because the waiting room and lavatory isn't very welcoming and pleasant to wait in.

I am very happy with the Elze veterinary clinic. They have a professional and nice team and give clear information and advice about possible treatments and the prices that are attached to them, they also never try to sell more expensive treatments or something. I was also helped and reassured very well over the phone. I will never go to another vet again!

Very friendly and empathetic vet. Very sweet and patient with our sad son. Very grateful for that. She takes the time and honestly thinks along with you in the interest of the animal. Normally never put a review on the internet, but thought this was a small effort after today.
