I rented a Caddy Maxi in Amsterdam for one day, everything was smooth and the car was great. However, they didn't wire me the deposit/borgsom (950Euro) back after two weeks. I called them four times and every time they told me that it will be on my bank account the following day, but nothing happend. Approximately a month later after rental, I called them a fifth time - I set a harsher tone this time - and only then they wired me the money back.
Conclusion: car renting is great, getting the deposit back (at least from Amsterdam location) is terrible.
Good deal for 100km, a scum if you go further up and they'll charge you to hell for any little thing, from cleaning due to rainy day, to big fine for things you cannot select in the reservation such as going few km out of NL.
Long time to get the deposit back
I hired a van couple of times, the guy who explained everything is super nice one.. He explained in detail not in hurry. I like this company (van, service, cost, deposit back and flexibility to change vehicle is awesome), i recommended and I mostly go here for van requirements in future.
Rented MB Vito van, it was brand new and the driving experience was great. The service was good, every concern was taken into account and properly explained. Price is fair, there were no hidden costs and deposit was transferred on time.
Amazing customer experience and new cars, really comfortable. The price was also really good. I never rented this hastle free before and the staff ( Saffier ) was really helpfull. Until next time.
