Good experience with second time renting with sixt,I just love what they offered me and the car selection its amazing!
Suddenly there is a new rule in which you pay 10 euro extra if you don't leave the car exactly on the time you agreed on. Before, you just paid for 24 hours.
We returned the car around 11pm, a time that doesn't have an influence at all, yet because we agreed on 9pm, we got charged €10 extra. For what?! The business was closed anyway.
Won't be renting with Sixt again. Shame on the management team for implementing this.
Friendly staff who are always pretty quick at their work. Location offers (limited) parking for your own car and is only a short distance from a gas station and the highway.
Worst service ever, I am still waiting for my deposit to come back after more than 20 days since when I rent a car with them. I have called customer service several times and I went personally to the Amsterdam west branch but nobody knows why I do not get back my deposit even though they confirm that the car was in perfect status and no fines on my behalf.
Worst service ever, their only excuse is that they are firing people in Germany.
