I needed a temporary car, a friend of mine told me about connectcar. It was a really quick and easy experience.. I like the concept of car sharing and everything went smooth and as expected.
I have had a wonderful experience with connect car so far. Would recommend to other people as well. One of the spots is right in my apartment parking. Feels just like owning a car.
My experience is that they are impossible to contact if you ever have a problem, but the money comes out of your account at the speed of light. Not sure I could recommend this as a reliable service any more. It was once quite good. Also, the App does not seem to work too well, hence my need to contact them.
Car sharing service : I use this service really often and most of the time it works ! But you don't want to use this service when you really NEED to be somewhere : the previous tenant may not have returned the car in time, or once, the car unfortunately did not start ... that can happen ... the thing is : there is no back up plan : if you are not in the center of Amsterdam the answer will be : "I am sorry, it is the only car we have in the neighborhood. Good luck and goodbye!"
