QO Amsterdam

One of the best hotels I have been in so far. The comfort of the beds was unbelievable. For breakfast everything was prepared fresh and all vegetables included were local or even from their terrace on the highest floor - amazing experience to stay in this hotel! 100% recommended!✨

Great hotel with very helpful staff. Restaurant was also lovely. Will visit again when the rooftop bar is open. Only disappointment was the view from our suite - a building site. Otherwise, would definitely recommend.

One of the best hotels in Amsterdam. For the conscious traveller this is the place to be. Well priced for the quality you get in this category. Located in an upcoming area that used to mostly industrial QO is a very unique hotel that is one step ahead of other hotels. Easily accessible with public transport. As you enter you, go one floor up to reception. You can use the stairs or an elevator. Staff is friendly and you get a thorough explanation if needed. Hotel card is not a standard plastic card. I stayed in a King Feature room. There are six elevators. And with the unique system the panel only turns on when somebody is in front of it. Public accessible area's can be reached without a card. Once on your floor activity sensors turn on the lights and you see a further well designed hotel. Once I entered the room I further understood how special this hotel was. Amazing view through the big windows. The bath is in an open area but still separate from the sleeping area. Shower has a door. There is a table which allows you to control many things in the room. TV, AC and light. You can also use it to request amenities that are not in the room. As as well as breakfast and lunch/dinner. The King Feature room has a bench at the window allowing for some great lounging with a view. The bed was nice, a bit hard for my taste but the pillows were super nice. The only bad thing I can say is that when it's windy you can really hear it if you're on one of the higher floors. But you don't hear the car/public transit noise. My stay was during COVID times. The restaurant and cocktailbar were closed since April. As an AMEX card owner, there was no room upgrade or other benefits.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. We spent 2 nights here on a deal. Would never pay full price.
