The hotel exceeded my expectations. My room was great, I had an amazing city view. It was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable! Everything is electronic and no cash hotel. My compliments. The cocktail expert Dean kindly shared his knowledge with me and even gave me some names of the cocktails to try. I will definitely try to make them by his recipe as soon as possible. The staff is extremely nice, friendly, helpful and excellent in providing great customer experience. My trip to Amsterdam has already been unforgettable and the hotel definitely contributed to it!
One of greatest and luxuriest hotel in Amterdam. Its close to Subway station that easily and travel to city center with one ticket. Hotel has very cool and luxury room that big plasma TV in room, TV in bathroom, also bluetooth speakers in room and in bathroom. Hotel staff alos very clean, nice and kind. And prices are not very according to Amsterdam's hotel price market.
Nice hotel, luxury room equipments and fancy, American ice machine in the hallways! :D Buttons everywhere to press. It's like a fun ride.
A genuine 5 minute (we timed it!) walk from Overamstel metro station to the hotel was a big draw for us to this place. Modern plain hotel. Good bar area. Very comfortable bed and quality shower/bathroom. Quick ride on the metro to the city which was perfect for us as tourists who didn’t want to pay city centre prices. Yes the air con is a little on the cooler side and any be controlled much by you in the room. On balance, a decent hotel.
New modern Hotel with opportunity
Actually werden would rate it with 4 to 5 stars but the following items should be improved:
1) housekeeping: no refill of tissues, quantity of towels (everyday a new surprise - no standard)
2) underground parking: more tickets then lots
3) elevator: a broken elevator can happen but it must be better organized (especially in Corona times). Morning rush hour: housekeepin, hotel guests going for breakfast and check out collidates with the leftover functional elevators. It is just a matter of coordination
4) 5 Euro voucher: we tried to be environmental friendly and saving 5 Euro per day to reinvest for breakfast/... and wanted to use the collected money at check out, with is only possible to use within the time you stay at the hotel: unfortunately we got no money back because you have to use it at the bar directly and this information is missing on the voucher. It feels slightly cheated.
Positive: location to the metro, clean modern and smart home devices in the hotel room, nice breakfast, good bar, friendly staff, fitness studio: clean, great view, fresh towel, good standard
