A while ago we bought a toilet worth 539 euros (and faucets that are not in use). When indicating that it is really not a pleasant system for the installation of the toilet (real research up to and including Gamma visit to get it properly installed & yes, we know how to tackle it) they hide behind the installer in the meantime that I however, am dissatisfied with the pot itself. The included toilet seat also quickly lacks the matte paint in several places and flakes off at the bottom. According to them, this was also an editing error. Even the paint (?). Yes, they have beautiful and unique products, but no ... the service is really not as it should be. Please note that I wrote down my concerns on April 16 and after a reminder did not receive a response until May 15 (with which I was unable to do anything).

A very bad experience and feel ripped off by this webshop. No money and no furniture, but a lot of time. Not the cheapest, but then you expect something. When I arrived at the furniture, that was a shock. The furniture has a different color and is of very poor quality. So immediately reported this to the seller but then the trouble started, send it back and get my money back. A whole mountain of mail and accusations, but in the end no money and the furniture no longer in my possession. Unfortunately, the online store knows exactly how to act so that you don't have a leg to stand on. So think carefully before ordering anything here. The appearance cost me 750, - and enough stress. Response to the seller: That damage that occurs during transport in your direction was only reported by you after 3 days, so that I can whistle for my money. I also have my doubts whether this was done during transport or by yourself. In any case, the final score is that you have my money and furniture. And look at the photos yourself, does this look like the furniture I ordered? No, so in advance I should have just got my money back instead of coming up with all kinds of costs that go off, such as 100, - return costs, a cardboard box and damage that was already on it when I received the furniture. Anyway if you have to rely on this kind of practice I wish you the best of luck for the future. In the meantime finally a solution, went with considerable reluctance from the webshop, but I have been upheld by a disputes committee. Return the furniture to the store and I refund my money. Too bad it had to go this way.

Bestelling gedaan NOOIT aangekomen of daad werklijk aangeleverd bij DHL en reageren met standaard mailtje we gaan het uitzoeken komen er met 2-3 dagen op terug... Meubel had er al 19 dagen geleden moeten zijn.... Ik vindt het erg slecht! Ook geen begrip voor dat er haast bij geboden is aangezien de loodgieter hier voor het laatst is deze week.

I ordered cranes and received them within 1 day. However, after opening the package, I saw that the tap button did not fit on the basic set. I have sent an email with photos of received articles. Immediately after I sent an email, an employee called back. Photos were not clear for determining problem with delivered items. I.v.m. deadline with delivery of my bathroom, she has sent new articles without further investigation so that I have these at home tomorrow. She has also arranged a return label so that I can return items that have already been received free of charge. Super satisfied with a solution-oriented service
