An unpleasant company after the order has been given once. Unfortunately, the customer is no longer listened to. They do everything for their own benefit. Work is not finished. Implementation is different than agreed, but a dialogue is no longer possible with it. The lawyers have been busy with it. It is best to walk around this company with a very large arc, unless you like to make serious mistakes. I see that they suddenly have a few 5 star reviews after my review. Don't believe it. Folks, don't fall for it, you're going to be sorry. Just ask the people around you in Valkenswaard. Nice in the beginning, and then something goes wrong and you only get a big mouth. The trick is that you must have paid 95% at the start of the work. They already have the money, after which you as a customer are grossly dirty. Bah bah.

Had a very enjoyable experience with this company. Last month I had my bathroom renovated and I am very pleased with the result.

Eighteen months and a half after installation of shower leakage due to loose sealant. Could then pay Euro 400 for leak detection while I assumed it was aftercare. Kitwork, however, has only 1 year warranty. For this amount I could have had the shower room re-kittened.

We also have a bathroom from Gernova, don't say too much about it, but after a lot of mess, unnecessary extra leak and a bill that was very high, I still had a bad aftertaste. We don't come here anymore.

Nice shop, well helped. We are very happy with our bathroom! The employee who came to place it also thought along.
