From the first phone call made to Bouma CV, the lady I spoke to was helpful, kind and reassuring. Then the call out service carried out by the engineers was on time, friendly and professional. All information passed to me was accurate and explained to me well . I was thankful for their service to repair a faulty tank. The owner of the company made sure a high quality and fast response service was made. All this took away my worry.

I highly recommend Bouma to anyone who wants to change his boiler. Appie came by himself to make sure that everything was installed properly. We are very happy with our new boiler.

I had my old ventilation replaced and everything was handled very promptly and professionally. I was also informed of how best to keep air fresh in the house and how it affects health (especially kids). Highly recommend them. I made a last minute request to also help install Google nest, the guys made a quick appointment, came back the same day in the evening and everything was fixed in 30 minutes. Very responsive even after the job answering any of my questions and messages. Thumbs up!

Great service, professionalism and punctuality. Finally a company with knowledgeable workers which are also very nice and willing to help and solve a problem. I had a problem with the heating unit in Amsterdam. The problem was solved fast, professionally and for a good fair price. Thank you very much.

Great friendly service. They moved radiators in our house and stuck to the agreements and planning. Came up with good, practical and cost effective solution and we're very happy with the end result. Certainly would use them again.
