We hired Kidsmoment for our son 3rd birthday. We were very nervous before the event. After booking and payment, we found out a lot of reviews were extremely harsh and negative. I shared our concerns with Daphne (the business owner) who reassured me, and mentioned being spammed by another company. Honestly, I was still worried the party would be ruined with Elsa not showing up. Well, first of all she DID on time and it was FANTASTIC. My son had the time of his life, his friends keep on talking about it and the parents were all under the charm. Good prestation and a lot of fun! So I don’t know what motivates the hateful comments, but I can only say that my experience was extremely positive. I now have a hard time believing these previous reviews, but this is sad thinking they can discourage parents to use this company.

kids loved the princess, but...she came over one hour late..... really put us under a pressure which was not needed and of course we still payed the full price despite having to rush the complete party.. Also, the face painting was a VERY poor quality.. would have most probably be the same if I had done it myself.. we are not difficult but for the price we paid we expected better.

Amazing experience! We had 2 princesses coming for our daughter 4 yrs old birthday party. It was a hit! Highly recommend Kids Moment.

We had Belle and Sleeping Beauty for my daughter's 4th birthday. Both princesses were kind and really got the kids involved in the party. They sang, danced, face painted, and made cotton candy! Made a lot of little girl's dreams come true! Meeting real princesses was such a treat!

Our daughter had a morning of fun .. with girlfriends and Sleeping Beauty! What a sweet princess we had .. our daughter turned 3 years old and crazy about princesses ... danced together and had our picture taken .. all children beautifully painted. So a great day. The contact with Kidsmoment also went very well.
