Always problems with printouts
Printing machine is old.
Dont take a risk to come here.
Dont waist your time.
Overpriced and slow service.
Completely no attention to a customer needs.
When asked to see a manager or to write a complaint, i was told to send a letter to their email.
If they can lie there is a possibility they can cheat also.
Photos were done quick and of good enough quality for official documents
Very poor service. Went for a passport photo for US visa and the photographer printed them out in a sheet and gives it to me uncut. When I enquire, he says he does not have the cutting tools and tells me that i can take it to the embassy where they shall cut passport photos in correct size. This was outrageous to hear because no embassy provides such kind of service. 30 Euros (yes, very expensive) down the drain and I definitely DO NOT recommend anyone visiting this place for any passport photos.
