The company was recommended to us by a friend. The preparation was fine: boxes arrived in time and they were flexible about the moving date. The move itself was disappointing, I recognise many of the complaints made in other reviews. Movers were unfriendly and unprofessional, boxes and furniture were left in the wrong rooms despite clear labeling. Our things were treated very unprofessionally , books were literally thrown into a box and the washing machine was broken upon arrival (it was just fine before). The company did not take any responsibility, told us all was our own fault and did not compensate the damage. Not recommended.

We used this company for our move 3 days ago. The guys came one day before the move to pack the boxes as we agreed. They were on time, but they did not have enough boxes and ended up not packing our bathroom at all and the day of the move they put our close directly in their truck without any cover. In addition, they placed no protection what so ever on the art pieces. They also damaged a closet by making a hole on one of the doors and refused to admit their mistake or to compensate us for the damaged. On top of it they managed to lose a huge bag containing all my summer shoes and again, refused to compensate us for their mistake. This company is unprofessional, unprepared and not particularly friendly... Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this moving company and I will not use their services in the future.

Very bad experience with these movers. On the day of the move 2 of their movers were very ignorant, making comments about our house, demanding coffee 30 minutes into the job, smoking while just leaning out the window. Once at the new house the boxes which were marked for specific rooms ended up in the wrong floor and room. Items were dropped from the lift, my wedding suit fell from the lift into the hedge below and got torn, also found other items in the hedge later where the lift had been. I was putting the support back on my TV and discovered the bottom corners had been cracked as if it was dropped. I hadn't touched the TV since they left it only to take it off the ground where they left it and place it on the couch. I sent Hoebert an email, and he apologized for the behavior of the two colleagues but went into full denial of all other things in my list (about 15 points). Accused me of being away for most of the day and my wife for sitting in the back garden. Completely denied all responsibility for the TV, instead citing that as we were refurbishing the living room it was probably the builders who broke it in the meantime. Also denied leaving it on the ground. Avoid these people at all costs as they dont care once they have your money. If you do use them have a few people to monitor them at the lift, in your house and where and how they place your stuff back.

Excellent team of movers that are well attuned to each other and worked super efficiently. Although the new address was almost an hour away, we were ready early in the afternoon and alone again. An absolute must.

Worthless company, sends 1 man to pack a complete single-family home in one morning, by 13 o'clock help finally comes and then they stop at 3:45 pm because they are tired or don't feel like anything anymore. So the next day the whole schedule is confused and only finished at 7 p.m. instead of at the end of the morning. Boxes are not or hardly labeled and are put in the wrong rooms, my electrical equipment is stacked on top of each other in a crate pushed on top of heavy books and LPs without any protection and if something is broken you will hear "I have it checked and there was nothing special according to the movers "and they refuse further cooperation" because it was probably already broken ". Never go along with the sea, agreements are not honored, damage is settled with a smile and the reactions of the owner are just rude if you complain.
