Easy to reach, easy to make an appointment with. Arrived on time. Gregory delivered professional work, was friendly and polite. Easily solved the problem and it was reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend.

Would give them less than 1 star if I could, have been waiting now for 2 months for the plumbers to get back to me about my kitchen sink being clogged. Came for one inspection and then never heard back from them again despite calling about 15 different times.

I was satisfied with the service in terms of equipment and the preparedness. However the communication was quite poor, there was no explanation or no sharing of information. Just because they stayed 34 minutes, they wanted to charge more than the regular fee which is for 30 minutes. I did not want to accept this but i was given no choice not a real explanation. So although they only served me on the kitchen sink and nothing else i was charged more than the fair amount.
