It is a mess in the back office of ABN Amro mortgages. Very bad experiences with the transfer of a mortgage: after more than 3 months it is still not settled. In addition, you have to be a payment customer to have internet banking, so online I could not arrange anything without taking account of them ... Bank branch does not have all the information, and gives conflicting information with the telephone customer service.
