After "the emergency dentist" did not want to be available during this time of Corona and holidays, the dentist of Videnti made extra time available, so that my enormous toothache was quickly resolved. Unfortunately back again but otherwise treated perfectly. Toppers!

My friend goes to this dentist and is very dissatisfied she was only telling how bad his teeth were and how badly her back was against the wall to treat him but after a few weeks he is still treating it is now almost a month since a filling was put and yesterday he ate yogurt with pieces of strawberry in it he bit on the piece of strawberry and suddenly started crying and screaming very loudly I was shocked of course and asked what was there he said he was in a lot of pain at the place and tooth that is filled there was streaming blood and it was absolutely not going well now he is still bothered by the woman who treats him is very arrogant and pretends she is a lot with the work but can not really do anything Go Linda because that's not gonna be okay

I am REALLY NOT SATISFIED with this dental practice because you are in their chair and instead they help you check or check your teeth NO they are going to talk about money first that it costs so much and this and that also adds that they are ready in an hour they say that you suddenly have to pay 450 euros and previously my wife had to fill 2 times in 5 months because the filling of their goods were not good and from the beginning they had said that she could deal with it for a year and had not said that after 5 months 2 times had to come back for that, so I am now looking for a different and good dental practice together with my 8 family members

An integrated dental treatment center where there is a group of doctors for treatment .. There are most dental services in the center and there is also a department specialized in replacing teeth and molars .. The treatment is good and the center provides good services .. Doctors and staff are friendly .. There is free parking. .

I agree with previous fewer reviews below. What happened, both to me and my mother: my mother took a seat, was not insured for dentist (not for 20 years) and wanted the status of her dentures. She came in without obligation for a first consultation. She was told nothing about money, which would cost her, and she was not even asked if she was additionally insured. She is 74, she still has faith. She was given three quotes to think about. Worth of about 2000 Euro. A few weeks later she also received an invoice for that free consultation of 100 Euro. Totally nothing agreed on. Just reprehensible. Videnti did try to declare that 100 Euro with its insurer, but did not get it. So they tried it with my mother. In other words: not telling the client anything and just secretly trying to get behind her back. My aunt, by the way, was all this. My mother went to a few other dentists for a second offer. And what appears: her complete treatment is in the basic insurance. Meanwhile, she has excellent new teeth worth ZERO Euro. And that bill of 100 Euro will challenge them (excellent legal aid). So this tent was trying to get an elderly woman out of 2000 Euro ... sad. Is this alone? No. My mother went to Videnti on my advice, because I also became a customer for a while. They also did it. I was also helped very well during a first consultation. Got nothing to hear about costs, except that this would be arranged (also happened) and then got two bills. Called twice about this, but have since been summoned (about 80 Euro invoice costs). I of course let this happen. What we now heard from the other dentists is more common. In my view, it is rancid that indeed, as with multiple reviews to read, mainly try to make money.
