The dentist performed an extraction for me, the treatment was difficult and in my eyes unprofessional. Because I was tense and afraid of the treatment, sweat was running down my forehead. The dentist was clearly not friendly and said you don't have covid because you sweat so much. The dentist clearly had a hard time removing my molar, and it left me after days of pain. We received an invoice through Infomedics while we are well insured with the vgz. The extra costs were the laborious pulling of a molar and extra costs related to covid measures. I have been saddled with these extra costs without asking for them. A bad dentist who always manages to generate extra costs that are often not reimbursed by the care provider due to the wrong code use. Many companies do not charge extra costs related to covid, you will probably see an extra market to exploit this

Good service and always friendly help

Our family has been with Videnti for over 9 years. I am very happy with this practice. Our kids are also very comfortable with the dentist. I would appreciate it (if possible) that, for example, during a check-up a small amount of tartar could be removed immediately instead of an appointment with the dental hygienist. Still full 5 stars for this practice!

Super bad service You are threatened with deregistration by the employees. Including employee Kelly and her colleague. They just send forms out of the blue that you have to pay 50 euros and that then goes to their own pocket so people only on this practice is not reliable!
