Glasses, ordered in December 2019 and returned in January, because they were not to your liking. Eyes & More will not reverse the reimbursement amount to VGZ.
VGZ says it has received a request for a reimbursement change, but has informed Eyes & More that an incorrect coding has been used.
It is therefore not the fault of VGZ.
Eyes & More does not respond.
The store in the Helfheuvel in Den Bosch itself says that there is no other option here than to wait, because this is a matter for the head office.

The head office is inaccessible to the customer by telephone and e-mail.
The result is ....................: I can no longer order glasses in the same reimbursement period and I am left with my old bad glasses.

very satisfied, I have been coming here for our daughter for several years. Good service and very pleasant prices for good quality! Before we came here I usually lost around 300 euros for 1 pair of glasses, here 2 for 100! I recommend it to everyone.
The spot metering was fine, plus the adjustment of the glasses, only the collection was disappointing. Glasses were handed and that was it, not careful handling
