1. Accessibility is very poor. Closed all school holidays. Children can go almost alone during school hours. With 4 children that was a total of many hours of absence from school. 2. It is indeed a factory and you will not be heard. Daughter went back to braces after a treatment of 4 years because the result is not satisfactory. We had expressed our concern from the beginning but were not listened to. 3. Due to the lengthy treatment trajectories, you are eventually forced to reimburse everything yourself, now for 1.5 years for 2 children (were fully insured). The problem is that you cannot go to another orthodontist in the area, so you are (almost) forced to go there. And they know how to make use of it. Unfortunately

Bad orthodontist. Little attention to the customer, they are only busy with the treatment as quickly as possible so that they can rake in four bucks for 5 minutes of work. Privacy is also not very important, name is fully displayed on the call sign and the receptionist can be heard on the other side of the practice. All in all, I think this is a bad orthodontist.

1. You are not listened to. 2. privacy is not full name is on the screen can also just behind or in front of name, a few screens between the patients not between everything and from the outside you can just see the patients.

After I was treated for a long time by a brace at your practice in Etten-Leur where I was always helped correctly. I should have had the top splint put on it again. this because it did not look good. Because of this there was a whole gap between my front teeth. This had to be corrected all over again. This was a huge damper back then. However, I fear that now again the same fate hangs over me again ... I notice that the same splint (again above / the same place) has come loose again. In addition to being afraid of having to experience the same misery again. I again regret that it is carnival holiday and I cannot reach anyone on this. Is it normal for the splints to come loose in the same place every 2 years? And that as a client I can pay a hefty bill every time.
