Professional dentist always explains exactly what he is going to do before he actually starts.

Not customer friendly and very clumsy I am about 4 years at Tandartspraktijk van den Goorbergh. I was only helped there by a young dentist, who was competent in my experience. I had a 'click' with this dentist. What bothered me all that time was that I had almost never been helped at the agreed time. I have been waiting for about 20 minutes regularly. I understand that there may be a run-out in the course of the day, but when the run-out is longer than 10 minutes, I want to be informed about this. I have indicated this several times. People listen politely, but do nothing with it. On 28 January 2018 I had an appointment at 9.50 am. After waiting for a quarter of an hour, I went to the reception with the question 'how long does it take?' And if you do not have an answer, I will leave. Then there was action and I was taken to the treatment room. I had to wait another 5 minutes for someone to appear. Not my usual dentist, but an unknown person. When I said that I had expected someone else, the person told me that "my" dentist had left. I then told this person that waiting 20 minutes without informing me about it is too much. And would that happen again, then I would leave. The person gave me a hand and I was allowed to leave him. He shot through a door and was gone. At van den Goorbergh: - Are you the people they earn their living from and you are a number. - If you leave your normal dentist, you will not be asked if you want to be helped by someone else. They determine that. - You just pick them up without informing you (from 9.50 am just 20 minutes walk out) - If you have gossip in their eyes, they step up and leave you behind.

I am always treated correctly and professionally. Sometimes wait a little longer, but that is normal, sometimes a treatment is against natural. They are humans not robots. If you are then helped with the right attention, that is fine. I am very satisfied !!

It was time to check, hereby I indicated that I felt a pit in the back of my tooth. According to the dentist this was the '' shape '' of my tooth, I had never noticed this and when I came in with a toothpick it hurt. Yet nothing was done with this, after a long time it was decided to go to another dentist, here were taken immediately and then it turned out that my half molar was already far away. The photo also showed how an old filling (which was filled by them) had an air bubble, which caused my tooth to rot from the inside. Not a nice dentist

More of a photographer than a dentist! Knowledge of me has been given a black tooth by this man. Because he broke the root of the tooth. Find an expert for your teeth and not this bungler.
