Europcar Autoverhuur Eindhoven

I rented several cars in half a year and I found the personnel prepared and very kind. Also no bad surprises such as scratches appearing from nowhere at drop off or malfunctions in the middle of a trip etc. Yes, it is expensive.

Unfortunately, I had my 1st really bad experience with renting a car with that office. I've rent cars all over the world many times and this is the only time that the stuff could not help me and Europcar did not put any effort on solving the issue. After booking the car and paid the full amount of service, I was denied to get the car because I did not had a proof of address in my name (it was in my roommate's). I kindly asked a workaround to fix this issue and the answer was (to my surprise) I don't know/I cannot help you from the stuff in that office ! Also, they did not inform me the 1st place about the proof of address when I complete the reservation form. Basically, I filled a form with all the necessary information for charging me, but not the necessary information to provide the services this office offers (eg. the car) !!! Of course, no refund and surprisingly no options either ! Thanks for your services (?), but you're treating your costumers like you do not care to lose them!!!

Service is kind of slow. They give you all the checklist before giving you your car though. There is a key return point by the door so you can return the car in the middle of the night, thats nice

I rented a car starts from this location and end in Schiphol airport. Excellent services at both locations and will definitely use their service again next time.
