PC Hulp Gemert

Very bad experiences; even broke something about me while fixing another issue, and later denied doing it. Don't do business with this scammer, and this guy needs a lesson in marketing too (it's called 'lifetime customer value').

Every year I go back to have my (expensive) laptop serviced, an MOT what they call. The service of PC Hulp Gemert is simply good, and usually they can solve everything within 1 day, often the same day as I did. All in all I am very satisfied and I can only recommend it.

There was no life in my laptop. That's why I called PC-aid Gemert. Agreed that the laptop would be examined. It was further agreed that if the laptop could be repaired, a quotation would be provided for the repair costs. If repair were not possible, there would be no cost to the investigation. Repair turned out to be impossible according to PC-aid Gemert. I wanted to pick up the laptop again. That was possible, but not before I had transferred € 45. This was not according to the agreement that I had made and about which there could be no misunderstanding. Reference was made to the website. It turned out that an amount of € 30 was mentioned for research costs (this has now been increased to € 45). Unfortunately, therefore, € 45 had to be transferred before the laptop was made available again. I felt cheated. PC help Gemert did not keep to the agreement. The amount I had to pay was also more than the website indicated (yesterday). An ICT student has now looked at my PC and ..... it has been repaired (within half an hour). That's why I like to issue a warning: be careful! Because of not keeping to agreements and my serious doubts about the quality that PC-aid Gemert offers, I advise against PC-aid Gemert. dear people you can see that all 5 Star reviews come from fake account ..

My computer was very slow. That was due to the many apps I had downloaded. I had installed far too much. PC Help Gemert has made my computer faster again. They also gave me advice on how to prevent spam and get any viruses, malware and phishing. What a top service! Highly recommended!

I have already made several use of the thorough knowledge, expertise and professionalism of PC Hulp Gemert, which has saved a laptop from destruction, among other things. In addition, they honestly indicate if something cannot be repaired or is not worth it. All in all I am very satisfied and I can only recommend it.
