Ordered a number of new fermentation bottles, caps and ingredients for the red wine online here. Immediately after placing the order I found out that I had ordered something incorrectly, for which I emailed the owner. Within minutes I received an answer to my e-mail and my order was also corrected. The delivery was smooth and the products (glassware) were very well packaged so that they arrived undamaged. Overall very satisfied and would place an order here again without a doubt.

In the evening I ordered something from the webshop, and half an hour later I got the owner on the phone because a certain item was not in stock. I was immediately offered an alternative for the same price, which I believe was slightly more expensive. Great service!
