Scammers and very poor customer service !!!! At Ikea in Heerlen I tried to rent a transporter from the company Kav by using their booking computer. The money was immediately charged from my bank account, but their system always indicated that no money was transferred. I called the support and they couldn't find any transfer although the 200€ was sent to 100%!!! Despite the transaction code from the bank, the support did not and could not help me. Afterwards I asked if I could try the booking again, with a new payment, it was rejected from the support and just hung up on me. Now I was standing in front of the Ikea with a lot of goods with no transporter and 200€ less. Thank you for nothing!!!

Worthless company. Afterwards you come for a financial surprise. Extremely expensive for a discarded box truck where the door is falling apart. You can also pay the full price for it, which is already exorbitantly high. Last time. Better to walk.

I made a reservation through the website in the morning for a van the next day. Confirmation by e-mail that we would be contacted asap. Eventually, 23 hours later, 1 hour before I was supposed to pick up the van, I get a call that there are no vans available at all. And the day after? Also not. Phone call came from Eindhoven while I had made a reservation in Heerlen. Previous experiences had already shown me that the Heerlen depot is only sparsely staffed. A shitty company with a year 0 reservation system. Oh yes - no apologies were offered ....
