Too bad we got a car with an empty tank

I had seen a car for sale at this company, apparently nice thing and reasonable price, so called. Asked if the car was present because I wanted to stop by right away, the only problem was that the travel time does not live around the corner, so the question was whether I would arrive just before or just after closing time due to possible traffic congestion. If I were to arrive after 5 o'clock, it was questionable whether there would be someone present or whether I would be helped at all. This was on Friday. Ok understandable, when I'm done with my work I also want to go home. Made an appointment for a viewing and a test drive. That Monday to Sittard because I had and would have this car, half past five in the morning 250 km further there arrived. Opening time I entered, told for which car I am coming but there was a small problem. The car had already been loaned for 2 weeks to someone who had driven damage and immediately needed another one. Hmm very strange Friday it would be there, not so, lending a car for sale as a leasing company being also very strange. As if no one other car is available. Entire conversation and indignation with the gentleman I was talking to, this conversation could be followed by all other employees because it was dead silent and I was the only customer on this Monday morning. Of course no one who just logs in to apologize for the lies over the telephone. However, I was asked if I wanted to make another appointment for when the car is back. The guts. Zuidlease thanks for wasting my time and wasting my energy and not to mention my travel costs for 500 km back and forth. Top company, very honest and reliable.
