First time I had an appointment there apparently the appointment was no longer in the system. Can happen. At the second appointment the assistants were too late (traffic jam) and the dentist had to prepare everything for a longer than normal dental visit. In addition, the equipment also did not seem to be clean. Third appointment I came for 4 refills. The alarm from the practice went off and the dentist stood outside trying to get the alarm off. Moments later the assistants arrived (again late, traffic jam) and the alarm could go off. Once the treatment started, communication between the dentist and assistant was not exactly flawless: - assistant did not know where to find things - Assistant did not know how many fillings I came for, apparently not read correctly - the assistant appeared by accident with a light in the dentist's face. Can happen but it seemed like she was using the device for the first time - Removing saliva with suction hose went with the same (in) expertise - ignorance caused visible frustration at the dentist. Not a very nice feeling as a patient. Afterwards I was not asked to rinse with water. May be due to me but if "work" has been done in your mouth it is nice if you can rinse. You won't see me here again. Two stars because the fillings are fine for now. Note: the dentist - or acquaintances of - write (with the same spelling and grammatical errors) own 5 star reviews. Very unprofessional.

Dramatic!

I have been a patient at this practice for years, always with complete satisfaction. Until the practice was taken over when the old fine dentist retired. Now other dentists. Once you are used to the dentist, he / she will no longer work there the next time. Also very compelling phone calls that you can make an appointment for checking because it is half year. I really gave the new practice holder a chance, but I just switched. Shame about such a nice practice !!

They really are a splendor of people! They are very sweet, Tina will give you all the information (the benefits and disadvantages of a treatment) explained. Super practice! Radiate knowledge and rest, the doctors and the assistants! I definitely recommend the practice to everyone 👍

With the former dentist Dr. Coenen, the world was still in order. That was a great dentist. Since the takeover, nothing is right anymore. Every time a new dentist, every time new stories that don't make sense. I have had it completely with it. They will never see me again.
