Very poor customer service. It is your job to be nice to customers yet both the worker aswell as the lady speaking with me at the phone were highly unprofessional in their behaviour and their tone. Given that I am a student studying in mastricht there is a language barrier which caused a misconception on the adress, but instead of making a new appointment or apologizing they said they did not know how to help me and were rude to me. Very unprofessional and not what I expected at all. Would definitely look for a different installation service.

leakage in the kitchen and a broken tap. Called Monday to make an appointment. If I wanted to send photos, they had them within a minute. They would call me back to make an appointment, but haven't heard anything on Wednesday. Called again, the lady hadn't worked yesterday, but she had indeed seen my email. What was it about again? She would submit it to an installer and call me back today. 19:00 heard nothing. They don't have to come to me anymore. tip: if you don't have time or don't feel like it, just say so and I'll find someone else. I have had a leak for three days now.

Very unprofessional and also unfriendly via e-mail. They no longer see me as a customer. Not recommended!

An employee - Mrs. Chantalle is very annoying to customers: yelling, not being talked about, being mean and not honest, too lazy to make an offer in a word absolutely not customer-friendly! The owner and his husband are nicer, but due to business activity, they leave customers out in the cold without a response. (not really an asterisk)
