Have this company come for, among other things, leakage to the chimney. After inspection by Aerts himself (from the garden), the diagnosis was that the lead had to be replaced. After that still leakage, so claim under warranty, but for them the stocking was finished! "Let a contractor come and have a new chimney erected" was Mr. Pierre Aerts's comment! Uh, nobody told me that when making the quotation, then it was pertinently on the lead, but maybe you could go up on the roof to get a better look at things! Also have Velux roof window installed in the attic. Then leakage in the attic roof. Cam pans were laid in mortar; still leakage. Then cement around ridge tiles, and "open" pans were sealed with regular silicone sealant, while the fitter advised to put a piece of foil underneath. So, amateurish patchwork! Also replaced the flat roof of storage in the garden; all strips of bitumen were laid lengthwise, and the remnants were used to lay in the middle in the transverse direction. No face, but was corrected after insistence. Partly because payment had not yet been made ?! Now that the payment has been made, someone calls in after a few times, but is not really demonstrated by craftsmanship and people try to get rid of it quickly with cheap patches. Now I have a dry storage room, but with the heavy showers of recent times, I still have leaks in the attic about 1 year after that, which means that you are not adequately resolved, and you are routinely phased by telephone with all kinds of fallacies. What do you mean 10 year warranty ???? Unfortunately, I already need the warranty after 1 week, and they don't give it at home, let alone in the long term…. For everyone who reads this: Think carefully before starting this business. For me it was once, but never again !!!
