With us they have already done the renovation work in house and they maintain the central heating boiler.
Occasionally they had forgotten an appointment, but in general we are very satisfied with the communication and the work done.
Toine responded very quickly, appropriately and professionally when an emergency occurred regarding my mother-in-law's central heating system. There was a crack in the pipes that ran underground, without crawl space. After an expert had located the hole, Toine neatly opened the floor, replaced the broken piece, cleared everything neatly and after drying, returned it to its original condition and all within 3 days. In the meantime, he had provided temporary heating and hot water so that my mother-in-law did not have to suffer from cold. I can wholeheartedly recommend Hoosemans.
Several times attempted to make an appointment for boiler maintenance and even an offer of thousands of euros for new gutters. It was all difficult while the company is 400 meters away from us. then we had an appointment and, and they would call us in advance. This did not happen so we called back again, now it was all our fault and we had to look for another company, well with this Hoosemans, see you again. nice and customer friendly.
