If you are confronted with a leak, you suddenly enter a world that you do not know and where numerous solutions are offered. I asked a number of parties to come by, and then deliberately chose Frank and his men because they simply told a clear and honest story. It was not advised to go straight for the most radical (and therefore most expensive) solution, but instead thought to achieve a good result with real costs. For the board of the Martinus parish in Gennep, Lektech has repaired and restored a damaged concrete latate from the 60-year-old parsonage (together with Martinus church as a national monument). Worked neatly and according to agreement, friendly and everything neatly left behind. The job itself is well executed and the lintel can now last longer than the original 60yrs.
We have asked Lektech for advice and a quote. We have received very competent advice. It was not only looked at repairing the stains on the facade, but also how the stains on the facade were created, and how this could be structurally resolved. Perfect service!
