My partner has been charged due to a cancellation of Oudersvannu collection costs. All evidence has been demonstrated, but the collection costs have been paid under pressure. The move also sent letters to an old address. (We do not send a change of address to companies where we no longer have anything) But the debt collection agency suddenly found us by email after more than half a year (and rising costs). After this everything quickly resolved and under pressure we paid. After everything was resolved with parents, the collection agency refuses to refund the costs. There is also no reply to emails. I find this disgusting and outrageous. This collection agency acts through one-way traffic. If you show good will, by making the payment and then fighting whether or not it is justified, they just close the file with the payment. And then they close all communications. Scandalous, unjust. Up to 3 times, asked to answer and return the incorrect collection costs. They don't even have the decency to answer.

What a deeply sad office and a bunch of fraudsters too. Had already paid 2000 euros from the rent and a few days later they send retroactive collection costs over the amount including the 2000 that I had already paid.
