Initially, I was very concerned from what I read about poor customer service and delayed delivery. Still, I made use of their website to ask for a price. As a result, I was contacted via email. In this quick communication it was confirmed that the item (65" TV) is on stock and ready for delivery. I also payed for the extra A-Z service/warranty. I payed before 16:00, the TV was at home just before 13:00 the next day. Great service! I cannot be happier :-)

Dishonest The customer service always lies to you. Every time they told me about a delivery date, they never kept the promise. They postpone the delivery date without notice. I have to ask again and again. In the end i was told they did not know when they could get the TV from their supplier. Then I cancelled the order. The same terrible experience happened again. Every time i call the customer service, I am always told that the refund can be expected the next day. Now, 45 days after cancellation, I still do not have my money back. Terrible shop!!!
