I ordered a car charger with clear photos and description. I received a different model of charger, which I could have bought cheaper and easier through amazon. When I report this via customer service I am told that this is normal because the charger has "the same functionality", while the ordered charger is more reliable due to superior electronics and the cable is 40cm longer. A Mercedes G and a fiat panda 4x4 also have the same functionality ...

I placed and paid for an order on Sunday 28 February. I have not received an email of delivery. There is also no response to webmail by telephone, the company is not reachable. With calling you immediately receive the voicemail and then receive a transition tone, after a few minutes the connection is lost. Emails from the company "MacBook-Accu.nl" are not in the spam folder. The order number ends with 422 so please contact me.

Ordered a battery 3 days ago, so far nothing has been heard or received again while the site states that it would be delivered the next day. They cannot be reached by phone. Hopefully, after reading this message, I will be contacted immediately to deliver the order quickly.

Recently bought a new adapter here. What a top service from these gentlemen (and probably ladies too)! I ordered the wrong variant (note the "magsafe" connection so now I know :-)) Just contacted and exchanged for the right one without any problems. Nice tone in the mail and quick responses. So great!

Fantastic experience with this company. MacBook battery needed to be replaced. This could be seen in everything; macbook sometimes just fell out and became very hot. Several chargers had already broken. I was actually planning to get a new MacBook. Then decided to buy a Mayerinc battery because of the many good experiences that I had read here and there on the internet. Ordered on Thursday at 11:30 pm, and to my surprise it was delivered the next morning (!) At 9:30 am. Installing was pretty easy with the included screwdriver set and manual. All the ailments I had have disappeared. MacBook now also runs faster and can run for a long time without a charger connected. I am very happy with my purchase of the Mayerinc battery. TOP!!!
