Most irrespectful and mean clerks I’ve ever seen. Just left the bank office right now and the old tall guy at the entrance giving numbers to the customers said “I will not help you, now leave here”. I’m a new customer of ING and this behavior to customers is not acceptable. I reported this to ING headquarters and I will close my account immediately! Horrible experience, shame on you ING!

Very Inexpert staff. Came to apply for debit card which we still didn't have but pay for. , we receive a letter a few days later .... It turns out ... they converted our payment package ??? But no bank card ... contacted .. it turns out ... they did not apply for a bank card at all ???? Can we go back again .... what a crappy branch ..... this is really not possible.

After having spent almost 1 hour at the WC Woensel branch, unfinished business left. When transferring an account to another name, the system raised all kinds of obstacles. In addition, there was information in the same system that should have been extracted (AVG). In addition to a complaint with ING, the Personal Data Authority was also approached.
