My compliments to the customer service of the Groninger Delivery Service. I live in an apartment complex without a bell and I only realized later that there was a malfunction with my telephone provider. The Groninger Delivery Service understood my situation and delivered the bank without any additional costs. Three times Wow !!!

Particularly bad experience. You have no influence on the delivery time. I had been waiting for half an hour and then had to go to my own appointment. My partner was on the way and would be home in 7 minutes to take the order. However, during that time the delivery driver came to the door and called my partner but refused to wait 5 minutes for her return. Particularly customer unfriendly. After filing a complaint, they point to their imposed terms and conditions of transport, which makes it clear that it is advantageous for this company not to wait 5 minutes. We do not find their conditions, then we leave and you have to pay double for a new delivery time. Yes, you can easily knock a lot of money out of the business of consumers !!!!!!!

Reliable company. Transparent, excellent service, customer-friendly and customer-oriented. Very correct approach to the customer. Other companies may take an example here.
