I have never heard anything while Rabobank Parkstad was able to find me and I paid everything neatly and even 1000 euros too much. Rabobank Eindhoven took that as well. If you had also sent a letter to me, I would have paid off properly. I thought it was your responsibility to protect the customers? You should be ashamed and have never received an overview of how everything has been settled. I am not a defaulter and have been transferring 100 euros every month for almost 4 years. I pay my debt because I caused myself. If you had reported right away like Rabobank Parkstad, then everything was neatly arranged. Again, shame on you and I am now going to court. If you have repaid the loan, the monthly amount will still be debited from your account, this is so far but you have to move heaven and earth to get it deposited in your account. If they need money from you they are there like the chickens but paying back takes some arrogance.
