Emailed in March. No reaction. Called. It was crowded. I had to send an email and if I had not received a response after 2 weeks, I had to call again. No sooner said than done. Eventually scheduled appointment to drop by in April Made good professional impression. Would send a quote for complete roof insulation incl. Possibly roof chapel. . Haven't heard anything after a month. waited a month. Then emailed in May. Response: Will come. It's just busy. Already at the end of January. This does not inspire confidence.

It is a waste of my time, more than 2.5 months to get a quote for the renovation. After several e-mails, there was one response and someone actually came by to record the job (incidentally, it was a pleasant conversation and seemed expert). Then I now wait more than 7 weeks for a quote. Asked for a date several times when I can expect the quote, but even a date was not successful. There is no response to anything. I cannot say anything about the quality of the work. Communication and administration seem to be a problem. If you want to compare windshield to your job or want to quote quotes, I would write to another company. I no longer have any expectations for this company. They are too busy and do not need jobs I think.
