One of the most expensive in the Netherlands, best to shop around.

Very disappointed with the treatment by this company. They charged me for services that I didn't require and felt that they were very misleading about the whole thing. I came to this company in the hope of getting some guidance in a new tax system that is foreign to me, however instead I feel taken advantage and was given false information. Save yourself some money and fill in the 30% ruling forms yourself (took me an hour second time around) or if you insist on employing an accountant for this, look elsewhere.
