I send my snail mail here.
I came there to send mail via letterbox, usually I get mail that is a bit thicker than usual through the mailbox and I have previously sent such mail as letterbox mail. A woman who works there was very disinterested and rude. She asked if the package fits through the letterbox, to which I answer yes. Then she takes my mail and tries to push it through the slot, then she says no does not fit through so I do not accept it. I try to explain that I get such mail more often through my mailbox and it is not a problem (On the website where I bought this shirt they have given letterbox mail as a return sticker, which I have printed out). But madam doesn't want to accept my mail. We no longer live in the Stone Age where letterbox mail is just a thin envelope.
I then went to Primera with my post and they accepted my post without any hassle. From now on if you don't want to hassle with your mail and you want good customer service, go to Primera, they are friendly and service is much better.
