My Corona test result is on Friday morning at 09.12. hours already known but I can not access it via DIGID or via 0800-1202, in the worst case we both have to stay inside unnecessarily for another 5 days. On Tuesday afternoon December 8 at 2.41 p.m. I am in the Teststraat at the C.W.Z. tested on Covid 19. have been treated perfectly there. All praise. However, my wife who was tested before me had Wednesday afternoon around 2 p.m. the results are already in the house. I hadn't heard anything until 8.30 a.m. Friday morning. So I tried DIGID and had to request a new password there, I will only receive that by post on Tuesday the 15th. So I called 0800-1202 at 9.12 am, I knew from my daughter that they are not allowed to report the result, but that they can see the status. The GGD employee I spoke to told me that he could indeed see and that the result was known, but according to the system I had already been called. but according to my Samsung that is not absolutely true, When my employee checked my phone number. that was correctly registered. How is it possible in your system that an employee has demonstrably not been called someone and yet listed as called in your system. The employee would put me on a list and then I would be called. At 12 noon nothing heard yet and at 12.52 am again called 0800-1202, another friendly employee with the same story as at 9.12 am, understandable, he has consulted with his supervisor, and yes, I will be again in a "document" entered, but the Supervisor cannot help me either. Then you slowly get angry when you know that the result has been there for a long time and you cannot reach it. Why is there no separate telephone number for these types of complaints? Well organized there !! After 5 days still no result received !!!, neither by phone or by e-mail. Then call yourself!, But you will not get any further !!! I think that's a bad thing.
