I rented tools for thousands of euros over the past year. We received (the same) broken conveyor belt twice, with the service that we could exchange it ourselves. (2 times ...) yesterday I called for rebar shears up to 16mm and they were there. When I arrived it turned out to be broken and I got pliers up to 13mm. At home he turned out to be so stuck that cutting was practically impossible. When I came to bring him back an hour later I was told that it just sucks and that it should be done. (my rebar shears up to 8mm are as smooth as it can be ...) 5 euro's charged because they had to get it ... From achyer the counter ... the fact that I'm driving there for a product that is broken apparently does not matter. Fortunately bo-rent turned out to be cheaper too, so I advise everyone to go there in the future.
