Terrible service. Mr. Georgeo, apparently the manager was very unfriendly. Adding costs that I didn´t ask for. Never again.

This was the very first place that I have ever rented a car and they did a great job. I used Avis car rental services and both men behind the desk were extremely nice and knowledgeable about their services. We got there early and we were able to rent out car early as long as we returned it on the same return day, just at the early time. The man behind the desk made jokes and was very accommodating. Getting in and out was really fast and efficient. They did a great job.

Ripped me off with fuel. It was supposed to be full, but it wasn't. They said it was a quirk with the Renault cars that it didn't show full. Absolute rubbish! When I filled up to return it I paid for several litres more than I used - a full tank. And the meter showed full in the car. The desk guy said he would look into and email me as I didn't have time to wait as I had to catch my plane. No email received, no refund given. They are con artists! The reviews about Hertz are spot on: don't trust them. Do not use them!

Worst service ever, could argue that it was a scam. I booked a car with them online for one day for 35 euros only later to realize that I eventually paid 120 euros (that is almost 4 times the price they advertised), claiming that I needed to pay airport fees. When I asked them if they find it acceptable to charge 4 times the price they claimed, I would get no response. I will NEVER EVER come even near this company again. If there were negative starts in the review, I would put -3!
