I registered to your company website on December 20. I gave all my personal information. In particular, I have included the license number of my birthplace and driving license. I created a car rental request for December 21 and returned a positive response (365795_1 registered in pdf in the attachement). On the morning of December 21, I arrived at the branchesin Eindhoven, Meerenakkerweg to pick up the vehicle. One of your staff with glasses told me that I could not rent the car with my Turkish license, it was a company rule. I showed him my residence and work permits and told him I'd be entitled to a driver's license after the 30% rule was issued. He said "it wasn't his problem, he raised his tone, go out and look elsewhere". I told him that you already approved it and that I've done my entire weekend plan accordingly. Now this is not the result I have to get out of this. Since you will not give the vehicle to those with Turkish driving license, why didn't you mention this before? You could easily tell from my birthplace and license number. I felt really bad, and I couldn't match such a big firm to humiliate and make people feel worthless. If I have a right, I'll call it legally, and share it with people on every platform. I've been working in this city for three months and serving your country. In return, such behavior is not fair.

When I was at the counter we agreed I would rent a van and a tool for 100 Euros. Later on they charged me 174 Euros without informing me. When I went back and asked for a reason they brought all sorts of excuses for the extra charge.
