At first sight good company, arrive on time and move stuff from A to B, (although with some knocks, 2 young boys were). However, pay attention to damage! Made a hole in our mattress (new value 3000 euros and only 1 year old). Irreparable damage, mattress is already tearing. Injury expert engaged by the company's insurer comes up with a hazy story that recognizes that it cannot be repaired, but then they speculate about the useful life of the mattress. They say it may last up to 10 years ... Our view is that it can last only a week. They have offered us an amount of 1500 euros that we can do nothing with. The insurer also calls it generous (depreciation 50% in 1 year for a product that must last 15 years). Mattress is already further tearing (ladder formation). I would look further. their insurance is far below par. After several negotiations with the crooks of the insurance company, we only accepted 2000. a 33% depreciation on a 1 year old mattress! while this is written off with the major insurers in 10 years. We also had to hire a lawyer, so we also incurred costs. Our next step would be a counter expert and possibly a lawsuit. An insurance company is betting that people will drop out. Final score 2000 euros for a broken mattress of 3000 euros. Now we have to contribute 1000 for a new one, so the move costs more than 1000 more than it should cost. Apologies accepted but I would look further to a company that puts customer satisfaction a little higher.

Very satisfied with this moving company. Made use of 3 months of storage and move to new home. They think along well, are flexible, calm and tidy, everything according to agreement. Recommended.
