This is a one person company, which tries to scam people (especially students). After a month after moving into a house in Nijmegen, we get informed, that the owner did not pay the mortgages. Therefore, the bank is going to seize the object and kick us out within the next months. Numaga's owner Rifat Karahan did not clearly do his paperwork and is not ready pay the consequences, nor ready to help us out in this situation. Despite the first issue, it took him several months to replace the broken stove over the summer because he was on vacation and no one else works for this company. This company (or person) is extremely unprofessional and not legit!

Stay away from Numaga Vastgoead! This business is a complete scam. The Owner, Rifat Karahan is unprofessional, does not communicate properly and is a point blank liar with zero remorse. We were tenants of a property, when legal issues due to the ownership of the property arised, Numaga promised to offer solutions to a problem they created, but never did. Eviction, lawyers and forfeiting of all deposits and ‘brokerage fees’ after 2 months after moving in. Numaga Vastgoes offers properties that it it has no legal right to lease. The worst real estate agency to ever exist. STAY AWAY

What an incredibly bad rental company. Owner is slow to respond to messages. Maintenance is very overdue. Municipal taxes are not paid by the owner, which means that (despite the fact that I have not lived there for more than 2 years) I can step up as a tenant for those costs ... don't trust, don't.

Finally a rental agent who offers really great service. Every now and then there is a problem with our house. Whatever it is, it is always resolved within a week. Whether it's about sauces from a ceiling or having a completely new fence installed. The communication and assistance are both fair and lightning fast. Rifat is a very nice landlord and with Numaga he has arranged everything to perfection. Recommended!
