Quite regularly at work for a viewing, I receive a call a few days in advance that the property has been sold in the meantime and that the viewing is canceled.

Only for rich people apparently! Hard to reach and this only by telephone. I just wanted to talk about financing, purchasing and what other services there are. Not present for smaller amounts: that was his first question and being told that I am looking for a normal row house, he was a bit rude and irritated that I am still asking about his service - literally he says go and do another company! So just go to the prol brokers and not this one.
