Small real estate agency, because of this the real estate agents and the office manager know the customers. You will be properly guided in the purchase and sale of the property. People listen well, they also point out things in the property you are buying, which you might not like. This forces you to think about the purchase. Regarding sales: agreements were well arranged. Points of interest to speed up the sale of the house were useful and also worked. In short, definitely a real estate agency that we would recommend to family, friends and acquaintances.

When searching for a house I came across Bob van Soeteman as a sales broker at a viewing, after the nice tour (even though this house did not meet my wishes) I had a nice conversation about the sale of my own apartment and I have his got a ticket. When it was time to sell my apartment I called Bob and made an appointment. This first appointment gave me the confidence that he would successfully sell my apartment. Bob is easy to contact and thinks along well. In the event of a minor unforeseen problem, Bob and I came to a fine solution. He is also willing to go the extra mile. Thank you Bob for the pleasant cooperation!

We can absolutely recommend Bob Jacobs from Soeteman Makelaars. Had very pleasant contact during the sales process. Always available, friendly and professional. And not unimportantly, also informally if the situation allows. Our sales situation was a bit more complex, but Bob has read the situation perfectly and has always given us honest and good advice. Also compliments to Kim for the accessibility and quick and clear follow-up to potential buyers.
