Dentists are fine, but the entire assistant crew and secretaries suck. I had to plan my days according to them only to have my appointment cancelled last minute the first time around, and the second time to be told right at the reception desk that my appointment got cancelled again. Unprofessional bunch!

satisfied with the dentist, hopelessly hard to reach administration. Phone system that decides for me after two minutes that I no longer want to wait and therefore disconnects. So I've been calling for three days now to get an appointment for a broken molar, but still no contact and no response to email.

So far no good experiences, bad Dutch can also count and let you go home in pain while you have really asked for a lot of time explaining what is there .. root canal .. not the first x .. it is close but think i'm switching. Also who just can't get a permanent dentist.

After 2 hours on the phone still no hearing. Have been the first waiting for 40 minutes. I don't expect anyone else to pick up the phone ....
